Our hub is new - and we were wondering what exactly is meant by order completion time in the pricing. We figured it meant the time from receiving payment, to sending the finished print, however even though we shipped our first print on time, the deadline in the order is still red? Does this mean the deadline hasn’t been fulfilled until the customer has it in their hands?
You are correct in your assumption. It is from payment to ready for pickup/shipped. I am not sure why it goes red but it will go back to green after the print is received.

Basically the reasoning behind the deadline being marked in red is to prompt you to take an action, if you haven’t attended to a particular order that has the complete date set in the past. The dates will stay red during the pickup/ shipping period, until the order is marked as complete. Hope this helps!
