I have a syringe extruder with no temperature control. I would like to print chocolate models using this extruder. Does anyone have a suggestion for the type of chocolate I can use which would solidify once extruded? It needs to harden once it extrudes but needs to maintain a liquid or semi solid state while inside the syringe. I am able to print small models now using nutella and chocolate cream but I need to freeze it. Even with those I am not able to print 3D Models. Can anyone help me out with it?

I think it might be easier and faster to 3d print molds and just pour hot chocolate into them.
