Hello, I have never been able to confirm my cellphone. I never received any text message with the code and now it sais “You cannot send more text messages, please contact 3D Hubs support.”.

What can I do if I want to have all profile steps completed?

Seems they told you! You need to contact them. See the bottom of any page and use the contact link. They have always responded to my inquires very quickly.

I’m sure it is just for your protection if someone was trying to hack your hub.
