Currently i’m in a club working with a variety of 3D printers, and all have been setup, save for our Markforged Mark One. We have the printer plugged in and ready to go, but we need the software, and the Eiger page doesn’t let us even download a trial, let alone the full program.

Send us a line at support[at]markforged.com and we’ll get you all sorted out – there isn’t any software to download, Eiger is a cloud-based slicing solution that lives in your browser so all you have to do is log into the site on Google Chrome. We’ll just need to get you set up with an account!
