Cannot upload the marvin original file

Hi,

I really need some help.

I am trying to do the test print of the marvin keychain, but each time I try to open the file it tells me there is an error with the file, it is corrupt and missing content. If I click ok it takes me to a grey screen.

Has anyone else had this trouble and is there a phone number for hubs or do I just have to wait for a response from hubs to my emails?

Any help would be really appreciated

Hey @goldfinder, I’m happy things worked out! If you want to reach an admin on the Marvin review page, you should be able to find the contact details right under Marvin’s the Robot box - see screen shot attached. Hope this helps! and good luck with the review!
