Cannot print

Hi, my name is Chris from Indonesia. I just bought WASP 3D printer type Delta 60 100.

I have a problem with the installation. I think i’ve followed the installation procedure, but still the problem occurs.

When I go to print from SD, the printer kicks out my filament and gives me a change filament message. What should i do? i have change the filament for many times and still doesn’t work.

Sounds like your extruder motor is going in the wrong direction … unplug the cable and turn it round or change the direction in firmware
