OK, 3D Hubs, what else did you break with this new update? I can no longer offer shipping, and I have a few clients that depend on it.
Does it have anything to do with address verification? Because, sorry, but I’m not going to do the address verification thing. (My postal address is a PO Box, and I’m not going to meet people at the post office). I can’t get mail at the address where I deliver items to people, and I’m not going to meet people at my house. (Shame on 3D hubs for doing this, by the way, even though I’m sure it was meant to be a good thing).
Address verification isn’t linked to shipping in any way, so don’t worry about that. We’ve got multiple Hubs using PO boxes, so we’re looking into how we can do address verification for this group, we’ll post an update as soon as we’ve found a solution.
As for the shipping options, you’ve got them setup correctly, and they seem to show up in the checkout as well. If you want to change or add shipping to an existing order you have to use the ‘edit’ link now (see attachments).
Let me know if that fixes it, if not we’ll get to the bottom of it.
Check out order 3276984. When the customer placed the order, he could not add shipping as it said I don’t ship to Portland. When I went to go and add shipping, I could not. See screenshot (attached). Something got broken, and I still cannot add shipping.
Hi Stephen, did you check out the screenshots? Shipping moved to its own window so its no longer showing in the dropdown. Look for the edit link below the delivery option.
LOL. I looked all over in the drop down menus, everywhere except in the middle of the order page.
Thanks for your patience. I finally found it. I’m still not sure why the order page told the customer that shipping wasn’t available to his address, but at least now I can change things.
