In preparation for Burning Man I drew a quick 3D Model of our theme camp. This gives us a great feeling of how much space everything will take up on the Playa, and what the camp will look like to visitors.
Our central features are a two treehouses, connected by a rope bridge. You can then use a rope swing to get to a third platform.
The Playa is very flat, so even the 8ft elevation of our treehouses will give great views over Black Rock city.
Although this isn’t strictly a 3D printing project, I thought it was fun and useful to create this model using Tinkercad. If you’re burning this year have a go at creating your camp, and visit us at 7:45 and A

It’s cool! Actually it may be cool to 3D print it for yourself. Either having it over there to showcase or just for your memory later ^^

Sadly no printer at the Camp. Calibrating a stage in a dust storm is low on my list of activities for the week
I was considering bringing my Printrbot out to the Playa and setting up my hub at Blackrock with $0 per ccm, but couldn’t find space to transport.
When you and @Nikki get there, stop by Playa Bike Repair (PBR) sometime and say hi !
Have fun !
