Oke im printing, set the nozzle height perfectly.
Starts printing the first layer, seems fairly perfect. I enabled the creation of the brim.
Brim width is set to 8mm around the object.

Now im printing a simple round cap, first layer seems fine but as soon as it skips from the brim to the object, it doesnt attach it to the brim, it lets loose in one area and sticks in another.
It basically prints the brim layer first, stops, then tries to fill in the rest with the object. Prints a 8mm brim, then continues with the object in the middle of the brim. Not in one loop.
Then 50% into the print the bottom layer of the object just unsticks and curls up. The brim/skirt stays in place.
The round cap itself is just a simple cap, 2mm thick and 50mm wide. (just a flat cylinder).

It seems like it wants to leave a gap in between the skirt and the object itself, which is weird.

Bed temp is 90C print head temp is 200C. Printing on a glass bed (that is leveled fine).
Layer width and height are all set to 0,3 (with a 0,4 nozzle).
Printer: Creality ender 3.

From the temp I am assuming it is PLA. If so the bed temp is way to high. 55-65 max.

If on glass you will probably need glue stick or hair spray to help adhesion. Google on what to use for each. I’d go with the glue stick. Les mess.

If your extrusion width is at 0.3 then increase to at least the nozzle size.

Also a 0.2 layer is pretty standard for a 0.4 nozzle so I’d go with that while getting everything dialed in.

alright, temp is set to 65. No change in print success.
I noticed something tho.

I have this simple circle, was trying to print in the center but somehow the back left corner always goes ugly, layers dont stick, their to far appart. Tried aligning the nozzle height again… no change.
Moved this object to a corner of the printbed… same side that messes up.
Moved it to the corner on the other side… same side that messes up.

The start layer is consistent and the same thickness, however after 3 or 4 rounds the (for me north west) corner starts to unravel and gets loose, curls up and unsticks from the filament besides it.

Question is, what couses your printer to always mess up the same side of the print (about 100 degrees from a full 360). Its always the same side. And i tried re-leveling or raising the height a bit. But its alwasy in the same side, no mater what spot on the print bed.

I just replaced the nozzle (since partial clog might pust it to the sides). Releveled the bed, glass panel is equal everywhere now.

I tried readjusting the belts and guidewheels but they dont catch on anything nor have any blockage anywhere along the axis aswell.

You will most likely need something such as glue stick for adhesion help. Also make sure no fan is blowing on it or other drafts. at least for the first layer or tow.
