bq throat full

Hi all,

my extruder throat is full of filament and i am not able to clean it because it seems that there is not only pla. I think over the filament I got a lot of dirt and now this dirt burned inside and sticks inside the throat.

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement ? (see pic)

I dont want to buy the whole hotend.
