We have assembled our machine. It prints the samples fine.
However, we are having troubles getting recognized by the Cura software. We have the latest Cura version. We choose the Ultimate dual Extrusion as our printer.

Do I have a driver problem or are we picking the incorrect printer?

It sounds like there’s a driver that would be required for your computer to recognize the printer. It’s possible the manufacturer would be able to provide this if you contact them.
