I have a plastic broken draw slider that I need to get printed. What is the best way to show it to you, eg. photo, in person or can you scan a copy off an original slider.

The beste way is to connect to a hub nearby who as either scan or design capabilities and discus it in person.
Hi Maurice,
Where are you based?
Cheers,
Marc
Hi Marc
I live at Wavell Heights QLD, not far from Taigum.
Hey Maurice, the best way to go about this is to:
1. Go to Online 3D Printing Service | Instant 3D Printing Quotes | Hubs
2. Fill in your location
3. Under the More Filters button, be sure to tick the Can help with 3D Scanning and Can help with 3D Modeling boxes.
This will result in a list of Hubs in your area that can help with this job - here, have a look: Online 3D Printing Service | Instant 3D Printing Quotes | Hubs
Hope this helps!
Ok, bit of a way from me then lol I’m in London
I’ve sent prints to Australia before so that’s not an issue. I suppose, if you can’t find someone near you to model the part (drawer sliders should be fairly simple) then I could probably do it for you with enough decent photographs from all angles and critical measurements. You could then, either get the parts printed locally or I could do them for you.
Let me know if I can help.
Cheers,
Marc
G’day Maurice,
Did you find anyone to help with your drawer slider? If not, we will be happy to help. Based down in NSW, but we post work all over Aus. Please do contact us through @Bay3D if you need more info on the process.
cheers,
Andy
