I’m running an organization as CEO. For the last few days, I have a plan to buy a color printer which will be helpful in future to hand over the experience certificates to my employees. Which one is best for me? Would you please mention some of them here?

Are you looking for a 3D printer? From your post it sounds like you’re looking for a 2D printer, which is not really what our website is about! Still, maybe some of our members can help you out, but you might find better luck looking on 2D printing forums!

Its a site for 3D printing, and you are looking a for a 2D normal color printer.

But maybe I can help you:

i would suggest to lease a Canon MFP printer (multifunctional printer, black and color printing, scan to pdf, email,copy, fax etc). Just look for a re seller nearby and ask for a quote. It will have a monthly lease fee(200 to whatever) witch should include maintenance and toners. They will charge a fee/page also. Like 0.006 EUR/black pages and 0.048EUR/Color pages (this amount/fee will be defined from your prediction of the total monthly page you will probably print).

As you lease the printer it will be a SG&A cost and not a CAPEX so it can reduce your tax.

If you will print less ten 1000 pages/month just go out and buy a HP color laser printer, and will be expensive to run due to the toner prices but still less than a leased printer+page cost: Here is a simple one with network option and able to print on both side of the pages automatically:
