I bought an Anycubic i3 Mega about 10 months ago, and I haven’t got it running, yet!
It took a while to get Anycubic’s attention, but now they seem to have beefed up their support staffing, and they are genuinely trying to help, I think.
I just seem to have a completely messed-up up printer. It doesn’t react to touch-input, it doesn’t recognise SD-cards… Anycubic replaced the main board, and now they want to replace the SD-card reader and the display board.
I’m getting frustrated with it. At times, I just want to ceremonially smash this thing to pieces and then get it out of my sight…
Am I just unlucky, or do Anycubic have a serious problem with quality control?
