i got myself a new 3d printer working for a good solid one month and occasionally the y end stop will automatically switch on. i rearranged the wires many times to fix the y end problem just to get some prints done. After a week away, the same problem would occur and i had to redo the same task, but this week the lcd screen wont display anything and the buzzer kept beeping, i reconfigured the connections and made sure to adjust the potentiometer behind the lcd as well. im not sure if any component in the board is fried or the lcd is malfunctioning but the led indication on the controller board (the heater and the fan) is turned on automatically during start up and (device descriptor request failed) pops up in the device manager. These are all the abnormalities i can find. can any1 give me some advice? im fairly new to 3d printing.
