I was in the middle of a 4-hour print when it stopped and left a large filament blob in the middle of my print. I would click pause/resume and nothing would happen. Everything was in place and at the correct temperature. My slicing software (Cura) that came with the printer is unaligned so I have to click a half inch below the desired button. I accidentally hit home for the z-axis and the extruder drove down halfway into my print. The print is now fused with the nozzle and part of the metal block above it, it is also suspended above the bed. Any info on what happened or what I can do to fix it? Thanks

Heat the hot end up and pull off the print. You’ll need to supply a lot more information for the other issues, but I am going to take a guess that you are using the SD card (possible the one supplied by AnyCubic?) If so throw it away and buy a recognized brand from a reputable vendor. If this is a design downloaded from the web run it through Netfabb Netfabb Online Service or something similar to fix any errors. Don’t understand what you are saying about Cura.

Just thought I would add that the printer activity you have described is typical of a bad SD card.
There is a steep learning curve, but it is worth switching to octoprint on a raspberry Pi, connected to the printer via USB for managing prints.

Thank you for the response I will check that out!
