I’ve not had much experience with scanning, but I have worked with Point clouds & Autodesk Remap before so could provide some imput regarding those.

Always up for getting messy!!

If you let me know a time and place I’ll do my best to make it.

Simon.

Do you commute to Glasgow by train? If so, would you like to get off at Falkirk High one evening. I could pick you up at the station, we could have a coffee and a chat and I could deliver you back to the station to complete your journey.

John

I’m actually driving it (I travel from North Queensferry) just now however would be happy to take a detour one evening. It wouldn’t even be a large detour as I’ve been going via the M9 / M876 etc on the way home.

Ok. I’m available tomorrow, Wed, Thurs this week but only Monday next week. Week commencing 29th I’m available every evening except Monday.

I may try and pop up tomorrow night if that’s okay? Sorry for the delayed response, I’ve had a bad back since November and have been laid up, am back in the office today but catching up on some stuff.

Yes, that will be good. What time do you think you will be here? The address is 1 Manse Place, FK1 1JN. If you give me a call when you arrive, I will come down and unlock a bollard to let you park at the door. 07745019169.

Ok. No problem. I live just a few minutes from my office, so I’ll come home and if you can give me a call when you are leaving work, I’ll give it about 20 minutes and go back down to the office.

Hi all,

I am also in Falkirk and would be up for meeting up for a chat about our 3D printing based fun and other things.

Only in Scotland Friday-Monday most weeks. Are more people up for a larger meetup?

Thanks.

Hi All

I haven’t forgotten this thread by the way folks, I’ve had an unexpected series of events which has lead to me having to move home, am offline for a couple weeks for the move and then normal service will be resumed. Slightly frustrating but that’s life I guess!

Will try and keep the balls in the air and continue to have discussion.

Cheers

Alan
