Having gone through the setup and configuration several times I still cannot get the machine to print.
After confirming nozzel clearance to the hot bed, all motors work the system goes to its parking spot. I loaded a small file (gcode) onto an SD card. Startup I went to Setting < Preheat PLA. Pressed the Reset button on the mainboard. Waited for the temperatures to reach the desired heat 190/60C. Print File: Settings < Print File. the file could be seen loading crossing the screen. Then nothing. I have again gone through the preceedure while writing this problem. The screen displays 191.4/190 nozzel. 60/60 Bed. Z: 0.00 Buf: 0 Mul: 100 Flow: 100 Preheat PLA. I hope someone can help.

Not ever having used it before, but have you tried turning on the debugging option in the menu.
See if that outputs anything that may give a hint.
Do you know also if the extruder motor is functioning?
Ive just upgraded my firmware to marlin, so i dont remember if there was a function to test that or not.
Something to look at and I hope you get it sorted.
Thanks djcs, late last night I do not know what I had done but it started to print, I am not sure what the bugging option actualy does but my rule is if it works leave as is.
I have the exact same problem but mine still wont print. Can you please remember if you changed anything?
Hi, I am not certain what I did as I was trying for 2 days. It could be that I pressed the reset on the mainboard. I was trying so many things. I used Cara to give me the files direct onto my SD card. In settings I know I went to extruder ans clicked extruder OFF. I also clicked disable stepper. I am sorry it was just try and error as I knew the setting the heat bed was correct and the unit went to its parking place when I pressed home all. Cannot suggest anything else. Good luck let me know if you get it working. I still have problems as i have to move the nozzöe to the centre to start printing as it wants to print where it parks at the front left corner.
