anet a8 not booting or recognized

I changed computers and anet came up with garbbled screen tried to reboot and LCD went to solid ligts no info . now is recognized by computer as a divice but wont comunicate. Sd card is blank and wont flash or install new progam

disconenct printer from computer

remove sd card

resatart printer

what happens?

same thing reconized by computer but still blank screen and no boot

check if the board is powered with 12 V

yes just seems that it lost progaming on board and sd card card wont boot any program
