after CTC extruder upgrade still have problems

I been having under extruction problems with my CTC printer so I though was the extruder problem, what I did was remove some parts and installed parts from a MK10 extruder,

still same problem, what else could be wrong?

Is it a new real of filiment? If it is have you measured the diamiter and changed it in your slicer software? Also cheap filiments will give c**p results

What material are you using and what temps are you running?

Looks like your pretty severely under extruding, or you have a low temp as it looks like your printing with PETG it requires a much higher than expected print temp
