I have a Afinia 3D H400 printer. I can connect and print using the usb connection but when I try to use the software to find it using Wifi I get a message printer not found. The printer is set up on my work wifi network, and shows to be connected. I can ping the printer with no problem. Any idea’s on what the issue might be. We are behind a firewall but I checked with the department and they tell me nothing is blocking it. Thanks for your help.

Sorry, I don’t have wifi on my old H480, but, support has been awesome, give them a call or email them, they will fix you in no time.

I have the same issue. I was told by our IT person that it won’t happen… :frowning:

Their Tech Support was my first call. They told me it was a firewall issue but after checking with my IT Department that is not the case.

That is pretty much what my IT person said. Tech support told me that the printer was designed for home networks and they have had many calls that the printer does not work on an enterprise network. Of course I should have guess as much when there was no NIC Card, but then I thought hey wireless is wireless it should work.
