We are given the option to add one of these as our Specialty, but how do you actually offer this service? Should one just include post production sanding and finishing in their price? For example instead of charging $0.50 per cm3 charge more.
Hey there!
The easiest way to do that is to “add additional services” in the right side of the order where you can specify how much and for what reason you are adding additional costs.
That saves you a hassle of calculating that into your price

Sorry, I wasn’t able to locate “add additional costs” on the right side of the order, is this something that I need to do once the order has been placed and before print is complete?
Also once I do add additional service and how much, does the customer at that point have the ability to accept or decline?

Hey Alex, During the order flow you can always add additional services in a box on the right side. The customer doesn’t have the option to accept or decline , but does naturally do so by either paying or noth paying these services! Once I get to my computer I’ll add a screenshot of where that box is!
