Address Verification for PO Boxes

I’ve got to say, this address verification thing really sucks for those of us who have PO Boxes and do not get mail delivery at our physical addresses.

Now we receive notice that if we don’t do the verification thing, our hub will no longer even show up in search results.

So, now I’ve changed my physical address to a PO Box, just to get the stupid verification card. It will cause confusion on the part of the people trying to meet me, but I guess that’s the game 3D Hubs wants to play. My PO Box is about 20 miles from my physical location. Ugh.

Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Why can’t you get mail at your physical address? Have you tried emailing 3D Hubs admins about the issue?

Hi @sbigelow If you can’t receive email at your physical address, like @3drapidprints is suggesting as well, please verify your PO Box first. After verification you can file an address change request with our support team. You will need some form of official ‘proof of address’ like a bank statement or utility bill.

Thanks, guys, but I think I’ll just leave my PO Box as my address. If people want to meet me at the post office, so be it.
