I have a Student Account. Just few days ago , ive login to check the pricing of the thing im going to print but as of today ( 17/8/18), it didnt show the ‘‘25% BLUE column’’ on the vendor. so i was wondering is there still student discount available.

Need help ASAP

Hi @Angelgoh_39 was this on one particular Hub? Not all Hubs sign up to provide the discount, it’s optional.

The discount was discontinued as of today. I had got an email from 3dhubs letting me know that because they moved the checkout to new architecture that discounts werent built in.

I got the email since I ran a hub using it and tended to get quite a few orders through it. I would’ve thought they would let the customers that used it know also.

I turned it off a while back, I got way too many unprintable orders, which was a real pain when combined with instant order. They also almost always wanted them yesterday.

Yeah it was a real crapshoot sometimes. I think because they didn’t understand the technology. But most the time it was simple prints.
