3D printer filaments have a great impact on the 3D printed objects. So, what do you like the most about 3D printing filaments?
I don’t really understand the question. Filaments are… filaments, I guess? There’s not much to like about filaments in general. If you’re asking about specific filaments, I like: PLA: Ease of printing, hardness, and nice smell ABS: Ease of printing (I have my printers set up to handle ABS with zero headache), reasonable stiffness but also reasonable flexibility PETG: Ease of printing and strength HIPS: ABS-like properties with no smell Nylon: extreme flexibility and toughness PVA: not much, just a pain for me in general

Nice post @karlzhao314!
I think that it is related to what you print as a 3D printer.
Some 3D printers will look for and enjoy some filament features that other 3D printers don’t care about!
Still, it is interesting to learn what matters and what makes 3D printing enjoyable in a 3D printing filament.
