I just received my qidi 3d x-one and am really enjoying it. I’ve tried a couple others with little satisfaction. Now this is embarrassing, but the manual and videos were very vague and hard to understand. When I load filament, it says to ‘press the center button when loaded’ but I cannot find any sort of center button. no buttons on the lcd panel do anything. What is the obvious that I am just not getting. (plus I’m afraid and don’t want to break anything) Thanks in advance. Peter

I own one.
First got to the touch screen and press Tools then pre heat. Then press the bar with the temp numbers in it on the touch screen that represents the extruder tip (bottom one, the top one is for the bed temp). wait for the temp to reach over 200.then load the filament into the hole on top of the extruder (Its best if you cut the end of the filament at an angle). Press the black lever to the left of the filament hole(don’t press too much, just enough to feed the filament into the extruder). Now you want to go to the touch screen and go back one step to see the Filament button, select that then press the down arrow to stat the feed. Once you start to see filament come out of the tip then press stop. go back to pre heat and press the middle bar again and the temp will start to go down. Don’t leave the temp high for a long period of time without feeding filament, over time the filament will change composition and clog the PTFE tube.
