Are there modifications I can make to the Wanhao i3 (such as replacing the extruder/hot end) to allow printing with 3mm filaments? Can anyone give specific 3mm components they know to run reliably with the Wanhao i3 please?

p.s. This is because I have a large amount of unused 3mm filament I would like to make use of.
