Does anybody know of a way to load the original firmware that came with this printer back onto it? 2.0 has me not able to connect anymore.

I just had the same issue. Updated to V1.0_20170113 and I can’t use the USB port for model printing. Did you find out how to install the old firmware?

Have a similar issue, received the “update” trough network cable… printer asked me to “update” then on restart the printer is froze on the Dremel Ideabuilder logo… called support, tries “old” firmware , i can “uplaod” firmwares with ubm drive but teh printer won’T start after that any one hade same issue after that 0113 update?

Even with ssupport, we were never able to resolve the issue, we needed to replacte the unit, mine was still under warranty so the exchange was quick, the support team was awesome.

Thanks for your answer, my printer is in India, will they give support, its in warranty. can you give me the old firmware files.
