As I understand it the eaglemoss software for the Sebastian Conran 3D printer is not compatible to windows 10 as I simply cannot make contact with my computer. I have had Geeks to you experts have a look and they could not make contact but were successful with another 3D program. please advise how I can get my 3D printer to work. I have read the program solving forum but that has not helped

There are some mixed reports of how well Windows 10 and the 3D Create & Print software get along. On the Vector 3 User Community website there is a post with some people saying it works and some saying that it does not. For many people it is using USB3 rather than USB2 that causes a problem. Have you tried connecting the printer via a USB 2 port?

I myself have not got a Windows 10 PC to try the software out on. I can report that it worked on Windows 7 but nothing more.

I have got alternative software working on Windows 7 and Ubuntu Linux. There is a good chance that you could use the same MatterControl 1 software as I have used on Windows 10. There is a post on v3uc.com 2 giving a reasonable explanation of how to setup MatterControl to work with the Vector 3 printer 4. If you get stuck then please either post back on this thread or ask for help on the community forum.
