3D scan needed

I am looking to create a customized clip to hold an LED light. Attached are 3 views of the item I would like scanned. Can anyone provide a scan for this or a referral? Thank you, Michael

I would say rather than 3D scanning, you should have it designed up in CAD. Will be much more accurate, and modifications to the design can be made a lot easier.
