I wanna make a rectangular duct of length 3.5cm and width of about 2 mm. it has to have a cavity (duct height) of 1 mm. Thickness of the duct is not a issue. the lower base of the duct has a cut slot of varying cross section of varying width from 0.14 mm to 1.82 mm across the length of 3 cm. Image attached with is showing the lower base of the duct. please, kindly suggest me the material and method to follow with. Thanks in advance.
Hi @ismailmulani, seeing as you have some very specific measurements here, my recommendation would go with the SLA printing technique here. A resin material print will probably suit your needs.
But please also share what the object will be used for, will the part be under any pressure?
