Have you figured this out yet ? I think a different approach you could take to this is slicing your parts, it’s difficult to find a printer with that area but there is the new big rep . But what you could do is take a large piece and divide it into multiple pieces that fit together like a puzzle etc this way you could make your large piece on a smaller printer and just assemble it ! just a thought hope it works out for you
Hey! Yea I have thought of that. I haven’t had any luck yet.
My whole concept was modular design. Everything is printed in pieces and put together. But the problem is the piece you are sitting on needs to be printed as one. This way it does not hurt to sit on. When printed in multiple pieces, the cracks between the pieces are a lot stronger and also will hurt to sit on
