When posting about a printer issue or asking for advice, it’s important to provide as much information as possible.
Particularly, it’s quite useful to add the printer’s manufacturer or model in the tags so that other users with similar machines are able to more readily help out. This can be done by clicking on the “optional tags” area directly below your topic’s title.
