Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a place that makes or a type of machine that can print Low-Density Compressible Silicone ? Also looking for information about 3D printing a material that has a gel consistency, in other words it can take the form of whatever it is stretched over? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. Thanks Amy
We have a process that makes true silicone parts. If you send a CAD file of your part we will evaluate it for this process.
Hi Amy
We could cast from a rigid 3D Print in a soft rubber PU or silicone. If you have a stl, I could have a look for you if interested.
Best regards
Adam
Hi Guys,
Thank you for your responds/ideas. Do any of your methods include 3D printing Silicone?
Thank you,
Amy
Hi Amy
No, we can’t print silicone, but use it for tooling and for casting. I’m not aware of any 3D Printing machine that does print silicone, but would also be interested to know if there is one out there.

Adam
