Hi I am new to 3d printing, and have recently gotten my printer up and “running”. My printer has been auto homing and printing the first layer correctly, however after that it starts to move down, instead of up. the printer will start to pick up to move, but will then immediately jam back down into the print bed, and press through the already printed material to try and print the next layer under the first underneath the first layer.

Hmm, very interesting issue. If you manually use the move functions to raise the printer head, does this respond correctly and move up the correct distance?
