I’m looking for a 3D printer that can handle carbon fiber reinforced filaments such as Markforged Mark Two except without the hefty pricetag. Secondly, it should have good software to go along with it. Markforge’s Eiger is excellent and the ability to modify the internal structural of a part (i.e. for a carbon fiber and nylon part, the user can modify the thickness of the shell of nylon and the geometry of the internal honeycomb of carbon fiber). So what 3D printers and associated software are comparable to this?
The parts would be for structural end-use for small UAVs.
My budget is $3000
