Hi all,
We have been developing a Hbot Cartesian 3d printer. The project is in the testing stage
the following are the specifications

  • Bed size: 750x750x750

  • Control board: MKS S bord

  • Firmware used: Smoothieware

  • Leveling sensor: Geeetech auto leveling sensor

  • Software used: Repetier Host

  • glass bed
    There are some issues regarding our development
    we have checked all the motors and extruder, it’s all working properly. we have done all initial procedures and everything is working fine. During test printing, the first layer is printing and after that, the filament gets stuck in the nozzle. for every testing, we had to clean the nozzle and extruder. I don’t know what is the problem occurring here. please let me know if anyone knows the solution
