Hope everyone is well. I am looking for some help and guidance on using a laser 3D printer to make square and round shaped racket heads, similar to the size roughly of a ping pong paddle. I have been trying to work out the feasibility of this before outlaying too much money, if this wouldn’t work anyway. I am worried about the strength of the heads, given that they are subject to a fair amount of pressure. The square plastic heads will be about 1.5cmx2cm thick, with curved corners. There will also be circular plastic heads, roughly same thickness.
