Maddie here from 3D Hubs. Thanks for your interest! As far as I know there isn’t a badge for this, since any customers will place orders for these parts just as usual, there’s no need for an opt-in on Hubs’ side of things.
I think a “badge” of sorts would more be something to let customers know it is available. Many may go to a hub for printing but have no idea this is an option or available.
Maybe it is something that is in place if a hub wants to post it, for 3-6 months to spread awareness. Like a temporary “new service” notice.

We are very glad you are excited about our latest collaboration with Otterbox! The Otterbox customers are redirected to our 3D Print page where they have options to choose from all the Hubs on the platform so there is no set of Hubs that are exclusively involved for those orders. So unfortunately the badge system will not work since all Hubs are involved.
