3D Hubs Kickstarter page - our first update!

Hey guys!

Quick update on 3D Hubs’ Kickstarter page. We just added a new project: MOYUPI.

Our take on the project: MOYUPI brings children’s drawings to life through 3D printing. It’s a great way to encourage creativity and amazing to see what they can come up with.

Here’s how it works in practice. It all starts with a drawing like this one:

The original drawing gets 3D modelled, so it looks like:

The above model then gets 3D printed and hand painted by a designer from the MOYUPI team (pretty cool result huh?)

I just saw this thread by chance, THANK YOU SO MUCH 3D HUBS!!! Wow it means a lot that you all like the idea :D, I see you discovered our Sketchfab page, it is not officially launched yet but ok, probably you are the first to know.

The Monster Project looks really interesting, never heard of it but thanks for sharing, I’m sure our backers will like to know about it:).
