Well I have been working with Tarnlabs to produce a few Tantillus 3D printers and also doing some design work for a 3d printer which should be launched by the end of the year.

Start from the beginning and make sure the bed is totally level in each direction and your print head is about a piece of papers thickness away from the bed when your print starts.

Hi Pete , Can you send me a drawing and we will see what we can do with it , we have just set up a small company doing 3d printing,laser cutting and engraving shortly to be followed by cnc capabilities.
