Hi,

So I just saw that a few days ago now, Zortrax released their newest 3D printer, the Zortrax M300. I’m very interested in the new printer and was wondering if anyone has heard anything about when it will be available for purchase.

Thanks

Looks like it’s just a bigger version of the M200.

I doubt there’s anything groundbreakingly different between the 200 and 300 beside build envelope.

IVQ I believe, there is no firm date yet. It is the same high quality as M200 with large bed.

Benjamin, can you disclose your relation with exoticdesigns3d.com and Josh to be fully transparent?.

There are multiple shops with Zortrax printers and Zortrax experience on 3D Hubs and they have much longer history than one you recommended.

Of course! I am not affiliated in any way. I have ordered parts and filament from Josh in the past. His customer service has been great and has helped me troubleshoot via IM on Facebook. If you want a Zortrax in the US make sure you buy it from US distributor as Zortrax Poland won’t honor the warranty when you buy from them directly!

Thank you for responding, you are right not to buy directly. For full disclosure we are Zortrax distributors and we are giving 2 years warranty for each machine, but there are many sellers of Zortrax in USA.

Hi, i just saw that it costs almost 5000€ compared to about 1750€ for the M200. I did not expect that people will buy that.

25 days later

What a huge disappointment! I expected a 20-25% increase, but not double or more

Im looking forward to the Bluedragon, expected to be released mid August 2016. I saw it at a trade show in Vegas and was impressed. Im an Industrial Designer focused on footwear, no connection to any 3d printer company or reseller.

I Was hopeful about a large envelop zortrax printer, but I prefer to not go over $3k for the printer. Bummer

Yea I was upset about that as well as a reseller. Check out the Creatorbot on my site. It’s a super durable printer and under $3k.
