Please discontinue Express Checkout. I am consistently the number 1 ranked Hub in Chicago, a large market, and the Express Checking is funneling all the Chicago orders to “John” in Fargo, ND. This is true even though I am closer in distance, have a better response time, more reviews, a higher overall ranking, more material choices, and better prices. I am a Level 4 hub and have been dedicated to the platform for over 2 years, I send customers here and I don’t take my orders off the platform.
Something is going on that is VERY unfair if 3D Hubs is taking local orders and funneling them to a Hub in a far away state that has a lower ranking than mine and higher prices.
I ask you guys in all fairness to PLEASE just remove this Express system that is totally unfair to the dedicated Hubs like mine that are dedicated to the platform and have worked so hard to make 3D Hubs what it is today.
Please if you would also contact me directly so we can discuss how to make the Hub selection more fair to the local community of Hubs that have been shortchanged by this new blind ordering system.
