Ok, I except and order and its to be completed in 72hrs. The customer does not pay until hr 70. Why does the clock not reset from when payment is issued? I have had orders of over $300 and they never paid… according the the way the system is now as soon as I accept an order I should begin printing immediately and hope they pay for the print? Why does the clock not start the say 72hrs from the time of payment?

I found it annoying as well. Once you accept an order, you have 72 or whenever to finish it. If they don’t pay for two weeks, the day the payment is received 3d hubs pops a huge red banner telling you that you are late on your print out. Who knows how this can affect hub ranking. The due date should be offset to reflect payment date, it shouldn’t just start ticking away once you’ve accepted.

Why not change the expected finish date to reflect the late payment?

Agreed. It seems 3dhubs penalizes us for things we have no control over.

Hi @Not1ofthepack,
Deadline until payment is an indication dependant on how quickly they pay, it’s possible for you to change the deadline in accordance to the delayed payment.
Thanks,
George
I should not have to change it myself, it should be a automatic feature for the hubs. As much of how tightly 3dhubs wants to run its site, make it a little easier on one of its sources of funding not dumping on us.
