Dear all , i’m using 10% infill and faced some weird 100% infill zone as the picture shown , how to avoid the 100% infill zone ? (the object size and wall thickness should not be changed)

Can I get the stl in question, and the config file for Cura?
The 100% infill shows up because you have set a bottom/top thickness of 3mm. In the provided screenshot the area where the 100% infill shows is the “base” for the 3mm thick retreating slope. If you use a smaller top/bottom thickness this area of 100% infill will reduce but still be there.
In general a top/bottom thickness of 1mm will be sufficiënt, prefer to set them to the same nummer als the shell thickness.

Cura shows flat surfaces as transparent when the layer view is far enough away. Those aren’t top layers.
The slope is definitely considered by Cura as a ‘top’ and has a thickness of 3mm, hence the ‘solid’ fill. 10 layers further in the printing process there’s nothing but air at the position where the solid infill is shown (given the layer thickness of 0,3mm and a top/bottom thickness of 3mm).
