Why 3d printer show err: Min. temp.

it is the coldest in China these days. All friends publish the beautiful snow scenery in wechat and all are excited. You know in our ages in south of China,there is no snow day . One Hand we are excited,in another hand, a little trouble in job. A lot of phone calls from clients to our after sales service for printer problem. 98% of them are Error of temp.show as below photo. Dont worry,Our engineer tell you solve it easily. Use blower to blow the hotbed and nozzle and then restart. It is OK. The reason why temp.error because of thermistor striking if room temp.below 5 degree .

If any thermistor is reading 0 degrees, unless you’re actually printing outside in 0 degree weather, that indicates that the thermistor’s circuit is broken somewhere. Blowing on the bed with a hair dryer increases the temperature, but it won’t fix the circuit.

Apparently 5 degrees C is too cold for startup. The hair dryer worked for me. 2 year old post but thanks. It worked
