Hi guys, this my second attempt at 3D Hubs. Last time I had to abort the order since the printer guy told me that they cant print fine resolution. However, this time its not going to be that way. I am interested in printing a chamber for my research using VisiJetM3 clear resin which has been shown to be resistant to the chemicals I use. Do get in touch with me. attaching the STL File. Depending on cost I have other models to print too.

Hi, We’d be happy to give it a go, however we currently have M3 Black loaded in the machine and there is a fairly substantial chaneg over fee. I found that @3DVIX has the same machine (3500 HDMax) and being in the Miami area will probably be faster and more economical. Hope that helps. Regards evok3d

We have a oBjet eden260 which can print in a clear biocompatible material. If that is something, order your print her 1

Material info:

_Bio-compatible PolyJet photopolymer (MED610) is a rigid medical rapid prototyping material. It features high dimensional stability and colorless transparency. The material is ideal for applications requiring prolonged skin contact of more than 30 days and short-term mucosal-membrane contact of up to 24 hours. Bio-compatible material has five medical approvals including cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, delayed type hypersensitivity, irritation and USP plastic class VI. (Biological testing: Parts printed according to Objet MED610 Use and Maintenance Terms were evaluated for biocompatibility in accordance with standard DIN EN ISO 10993-1: 2009, Biological Evaluation of Medical Devices-Part 1: Evaluation and testing within a risk management process. This addresses cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, delayed hypersensitivity, and USP plastic Class VI, which includes the test for irritation, acute systemic toxicity and implantation.) - See more at: Biocompatible 3D Printing Materials | Stratasys

Hi Sudheendra,

I am actually also interested in getting the DBE tissue chamber printed. Were you able to successfully get yours printed? If so, do you have any recommendations as to where to get it printed?

Thanks!

Hello, I know this is an old post but I’m new on 3d hubs and thought I would chime in, in case you still needed help. I do not print in resin however I do print in some other materials that might serve your purpose. Taulman 910 (910 Features) which is very strong and a wide variety of chemical resistance. If that doesn’t work, there is a brand new filament I just started experimenting with INDMATEC PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone). Info: 3ders.org - INDMATEC's revolutionary PEEK filament now compatible with FDM 3D printers | 3D Printer News & 3D Printing News 2 Your model should print without much difficulty and I can print fine detail (50micron) if needed. If you have any questions let me know. https://www.3dhubs.com/miami/hubs/mindfull 1
