I live in Den Haag and i would like to buy a decent quality Welding Helmet. Where in DenHaag or Rotterdam/Amsterdam i can buy it?

Maybe you can buy online at conrad.nl? But if you want to try it out first I’m unsure where you can check in DH.

Or you could go to HBM machines. They sell a lot of engineering tools and also welding equipment, including helmets.

They are based in Waddinxveen.
