Congrats on the 25k.
When I started printing for 3D Hubs there were less than 5k printers listed - what a huge development

Thumbs up for Joerg’s hub! Joerg and Fairphone were very helpful when I ordered a Fairphone case. Joerg helped me find just the colour I wanted for my case. Then, when the Swedish mail service (PostNord) messed things up and admitted losing my parcel, but still not gave me a refund, Joerg and Fairphone stepped in and gave me a replacement case and an extra case plus some little printed gifts, as compensation for the time I lost. So, basically they paid for PostNord’s mistake. Now that I got the cases I’m really satisfied with the quality Anna, Sweden #weare25k

It was a very interesting print job as well with several different parts to print, each with their own challenges. I was very pleased with the results and enjoyed handing the prints over and chatting about their function and 3D printing in general - and being able to be the hub which was able to do this and accommodate a Christmas eve pickup which was quite important to the customer. One of the best parts of 3D printing is knowing you have the tools and knowledge to be able to take a model and create the physical part which then enables others to build cool things and build items around the things they enjoy. Congrats to the team at 3D Hubs on becoming such an amazing service and community. #weare25k

I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent service from 3dprintingguy. I arrived in Melbourne from New Zealand for a Conference but had left some key parts behind. 3dprintingguy printed the parts for me and delivered them in less than 24 hours. “René was really friendly and very helpful. Because I was not very sure about the material I ordered the print in, René offered to print it also in a second material. very fast service. I could pick it up the same day as the order was accepted. Great service!!” #weare25k
