I searched for an already existing thread about this issue, but didn’t find any.
If you know a solution, please, just paste a link.
Note : I assume that the “header” picture (edit hub>Images>Header) is the one on the hub page, and is different than the “User header image” (my profile>edit>edit my account>Profile Info>User Header Image).
I can’t update my header picture, I still have the default picture :
When I upload a picture in Images > Header, it doesn’t update the Hub’s main picture (Header)
When I upload a file here :
I get the result directly :
About my header picture, I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong ?
And, as updating my profile picture worked, I was wondering why the User header image is not automatically synced with the header picture ? (I think it could be a quick and easy solution for the developers, and for a better user experience > the image is the same, and summarizes your hub)

Hey there @FrancoisBernard
You’re correct in thinking that the Hub header image is different from the user header image (they display on their respective profile pages).
I took a look at your Hub account and it would appear that you have to select a Hub header image and then save it in order for it to appear on your Hub profile page.
Please be aware of the requirements for the header image:
Files must be less than 8 MB.
Allowed file types: png gif jpg jpeg.
Images must be larger than 1100x300 pixels.

Actually I didn’t precise this step, but I clicked save each time
When I click save, the page is refreshed, then I can see the file has been uploaded.
But on the hub page, it’s still the same generic picture displayed.
I try to refresh the hub page, nothing changes…
I go back into My Hub > Edit Hub > Images
The Header picture has disappeared
The picture I want to upload is a jpg / 1100x300 px / 250 ko
